Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

Because all items at Creative Hideoutss are original, hand-painted, or meticulously handmade, we do not offer exchanges for any products. We only offer refunds if an item arrives damaged or defective from transit.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be returned in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must physically ship your package to our address: #71, Kithaganur Road, Srinivasa Layout, Near Garden City College, Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore-560036.

You are responsible for paying your own courier and shipping costs to send the item back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will not be included in your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your package to reach us may vary.

If an order is refused or rejected by the customer at the doorstep, the package will be returned to our studio.

In the event of a doorstep refusal or a post-dispatch cancellation, both the original shipping charges and any courier fees incurred for returning the package back to us will be deducted from your final refund amount.
